Hello everyone!

This space will entirely devote to expressing thoughts, so that the author is pleading for your indulgence and perseverance to treat all the information that you shall read and know as confidential. Treat it as if you have listened to friends who truly need confidant ears. You may be wondering how we can consider it as part of communication process, when only the side of the writer will be read or heard. Yes, it is, simply because reading thoughtfully or listening intently is still part of good communication.

Wow, that sounds different! Could you imagine applying confidentiality about subject matters you publish in the net? You could be pulling our legs. This seems absurd. Aha, you mean the other way around. It’s the writer’s way of stating his thoughts.

This blog is a simple form of therapy for its writer and maybe for you too. Expressing thoughts and feelings toward certain issues could somehow lighten ones load and for those with the same situations some sympathetic harmony could be attained. It is just like saying you may be right but please allow me to say my piece. The different views on particular issues will surely produce opposing opinions and that is what freedom of expression guarantees us. But here, we shall limit each other to just expressing opinions and shall allow contradicting ones to be expressed too without getting into the lengthy arguments. In other words, we must always have civil letting out but not brutal getting on.

The readers may write dissenting opinions about particular subject matters discussed here but less likely should we expect rebuttal from the writers. In other words, we shall treat your opinions as matured statement of your thoughts. It will add up to the opinions expressed here and will allow you too, to let your thoughts out and probably relieve your mind somehow. But if in your commentary you employ humor on very delicate and serious subjects, we shall applaud you graciously. Cheers for making all our days brighter and more positive.

Always remember that there is no wrong opinion but rather valid opinions expressed at wrong situations and conditions. Let’s practice that.

Practice Restrain

We like persons who are fortright with their feelings. Could you imagine if all people will say to the others whatever is it that they think and feel without any restrain. Its going to create chaos.

Who started it all?

One of the world's financial authorities pointed out that one of the factors that brought about the present financial crisis was the tendency of the majority of the people to live on borrowed resources that will be paid in the future. But who lured these people to patronize such credit card mentality?

Financial Crisis

The sudden closing of loan, mortgage and banking institutions and other related business entities indicated the seriousness of the financial crisis. It started in advanced and developed economies and then all the countries trading with the affected ones naturally experienced the irreversible effect of inflexible and tightening financial conditions. The coming of these unnatural conditions seemed so unpredictable that everyone was surprised and caught unprepared.

If we will all just be patient and discerning, then we could learn a lot from this financial phenomenon that hit most of the countries. The world had experienced several depression eras and yet in all the literatures and written records, not a concrete effort outlined or pointed out some indicators or some economic alternatives that we could try to use in avoiding the said financial situation.

We should always remember that any form of production or economic activity has a cycle that is unique to its type. These different cycles of business productions vary in duration defending on the conditions of the particular economies they are situated in. Knowing these, we should all be aware that a certain type of business will flourish for a particular duration of years and will just try to break-even after a while.

Let us look at the business of property development in an advanced and developed economy. The past years of boom in the business seemed to have blinded the financial authorities that they forgot that it also has a cycle. They allowed so much exposure of the mortgage institutions without studying the real capability of the middle class earners to repay their amortizations for the properties offered to them. When the time came that they could no longer pay, the accumulation of vacant properties could not be converted into cash.

If that is the case, then why it is so, that nobody ever thought of lessening or controlling the investment in property development, years prior to the great financial crisis.
